Lily Lucia

RMIT Bachelor of Fashion (Design)

At age 10 my younger sister had enough of receiving hand-me-downs from yours truly, and shot up far above my shrimp-like height, reversing the roles. This has left me with quite a youthful sense of style that inspires my designs and is the inspiration behind the use of florals, colour and contrasting hems and cuffs in the Slice of Life collection. Sustainable fashion is incredibly important to me and is the reason I have exclusively used recycled materials to create all of these garments and accessories, sourcing fabric from people in my neighbourhood in the form of old clothing and other household materials.
