This collection draws upon my Chinese heritage and shows my interpretation of the traditional styles in Tang Dynasty in the context of contemporary streetwear. My Asian trail has always been the most significant influence on my aesthetics and design direction. I’m always seeking the styles that embody and bridge the East and the West. Tang Dynasty is the most booming and vigorous period in China, and at that time, we get a lot of western influence from the Silk Road. It is known as the golden age of Chinese Arts and Culture. So this collection is about reliving the Tang dynasty but with my spin on it.
