In the intersection of illusion and creation lies a hidden meaning. Sacred Beauty is a collection composed of revelation, imagination and narrative, where heritage and innovation unite. A dedication to Indonesian culture close to my heart, Sacred Beauty pays homage and devotion to heritage- conserving elements of batik which has often been forgotten in this day and age through hand and digitally illustrated motifs and patterns. With poetic force, these digitally printed silk scarves are delicately accentuated by a juxtaposition of daring mix of traditional and contemporary influenced prints and soft tonal colours, illuminating creative visions of femininity that invites humbling and romantic qualities.
