‘An Ode To My Darling’

My collection is inspired by the concept of protecting your inner child from the world from a woman’s perspective. Visually exploring the metaphors and symbolism of dainty hyper-feminine aesthetics. With bright, playful silhouettes and a youthful colour palette, each garment is accompanied by customised hand-weaved chain mail and the addition of illustrative embellishment. My collection invites viewers into the romanticised coming-of-age routine that lies within femininity.
