Lovesick Utopia is a collection about experimental photography that captures my memories of Melbourne. They are mostly floral, textural, and natural elements that can be seen in life, working in digital sublimation print, foil, and sequins to create a 3D effect. Fabric prints and playfully beaded samples were made into garments as well.

The project aims to see how photography can be used for textiles, and to see what happens when this textile collection is used for fashion—how they work with garment styles and shapes.

Lovesick Utopia displays a range of photographic images and some dreamy effects to show the collection. The developed method makes it possible to design with photography work and used for fashion.
