The 'Human Hybrids' is a collection I created in response to there being no solid evidence proving what aliens look like or what FASHION is in their world. This resulted in the creation of my own alien species, the Human Hybrids, which is a fusion collection of premium street, couture and costume that explores how materiality, fabric manipulation, vibrant colours, print and drape can be perceived as alien to us. I was inspired to produce this collection as I wanted to design and create fun, unconventional garments that are still wearable yet unusual.
