The circular sculpture is a strong theme in my collection, representing the emotional connection between people. In Chinese culture, 圆是万物之始终, it's hard to translate into English accurately. My understand is everything will finally meet from the start point to the end, it’s also an expectation of reunion. For me, it is the circle of life and death in this collection, and I look forward to meeting the people in my memory. The circles give the collection a familiarity, sensitivity and warmth, also evoking the home, family, care and comfort. Now, what’s the circle mean to you?
