My collection “Hopeless Romantic” interprets the unique expressions of certain groups of people in love. There's a popular term in recent years in China called 'love brain,' which refers to individuals who, once they fall in love, become blindly infatuated with their lovers, wishing to be completely merged with them. Due to this excessive dependency, they can't bear to be apart from their partners, thus being capable of boundlessly tolerating and forgiving any harm their partners might inflict upon them. I deconstructed nine identical shirts, letting certain parts like collars and sleeves hang naturally around the body, as if two souls entwined and in a state of mutual disruption.
