Fragile Futures is a collection that reflects my outlook towards human impacts on the environment causing animal loss and degradation, specifically looking at overfishing, habitat loss, land clearing and the effects of climate change. When thinking about translating this concept into a collection I decided to create looks that reflect the devastation humans have caused. This idea that something destroyed might never be the same as it once was yet, through this devastation nothing is so broken that it can’t be made back into something beautiful and unique.
