RMIT Bachelor of Textiles (Design)

'Into the Garden' is a playful woollen collection inspired by Cicely Mary Barker’s Flower Fairy illustrations and the whimsical folklore of the creatures that inhabit gardens and forests. The work explores wool properties and textures through the combination of knitting, felting, and crocheting. Imbued with nostalgia and a desire for joyful design, Into the Garden celebrates colour, texture, and traditional textile processes.
