“Unleash The Within” is a fashion collection following my own personal journey of healing my inner self, and how this transition provided me with the strength to navigate society as I matured into adulthood. Rebellion is used as a defence mechanism against the rigid expectations of society, helping me to discover a sense of confidence, creating a sense of genuine self and freedom. Extravagant silhouettes paired with a bold colour scheme depict the courage found within as the inner self is nurtured, juxtaposing rigid and free flowing fabrics against each other. My collection follows the idea of uncovering the hidden self, wanting to truly understand what lies within.
