RMIT Bachelor of Fashion (Design)

I created collection ‘181002’ to ask ‘100 years from now, what will streetwear look like in a cyberpunk context? What are the “haves” and “have nots” wearing?’ With the goal of exploring the integration of humans and technology in a dystopian world, I interpret cyberpunk through cutting techniques, geometry and upcycling. The style of garments range from utilitarian & practical to extravagant & excessive; depicting a class divide enhanced by a mix of durable and delicate materials.

I highlighted my love for different sewing techniques and aesthetics, uniting them to create a collection representative of the different sides of me.
