THIS IS RUBBISH is an exploration of future luxury textiles and embellishments created from household waste plastics, found and second hand materials. Via hand and digital processes the raw materials are transformed and transcend their original state. Through this collection of small works I seek to invite curiosity and to inspire greater interaction with our resources in the belief the potential for beauty can be found anywhere.
