Mingli Zhang (Ming)

We spend roughly 1/3 of our lives sleeping, and during that time, we dream. Everyone has different dreamscapes, we dream with different environments, characters, atmospheres, stories... We all have unique dreams. In my dreams, whales can be zebra patterned, squirrels can communicate with me, clouds can be pitch black, chicks can turn into big monsters, and I can walk on the wind in the air or travel into a black and white comic book world... Thus, I think it’s a good way to use dreamscape as a medium to communicate my inner world and my thoughts to the audience.
