RMIT Bachelor of Textiles (Design)

Existence represents a series of textile sculptures intended to offer a getaway from daily life and a fresh perspective on existence. Through these sculptures, I aim to explore time as an expansive force that surrounds us. The mysterious nature of time intertwines with existential questions like the relationship between time and love and the concept of nothingness. I represent my thoughts as threads that give meaning to ways of being. The style of narration I have in this collection is the “stream of consciousness” and is inspired by existential philosophy.
