“Feeler Archives” is a textile-based collection created from a fusion of textiles, repurposed plastics, and personal photography. Taking textiles as a way of documenting life, the project explores complex themes of identity, displacement and nostalgia. The project is an outcome of my fascination with non-conventional materials and textile craftsmanship. The installation heavily involves visual aesthetics with tactile stimuli, encouraging viewers to pause and contemplate the fast-paced nature of contemporary society while opening a conversation about the significance of durability, sustainability and longevity in the context of material-led values.
