Geraldine Li

RMIT Bachelor of Fashion (Design)

‘hidden moments’ explores hiding and revealing of the body, blended with feminine and masculine elements. Inspired by my desire to express femininity & masculinity through clothing, I explored various silhouettes using denim to create unnatural shapes that conceal the natural body while also experimenting with cuts and design lines, using organza and voile to expose the body. I applied pleats, ruffles and string bows for a feminine feel and combined them with masculine structured and functional garments.
