The 'Gaffer' collection is a tribute to my Scottish heritage and honours the memory of my late grandfather, known as "Gaffer." Inspired by medieval armour and the Fraser and Gunn family tartans, the collection reflects a deep connection to my roots. Each piece is meticulously crafted from repurposed materials, with a focus on minimizing waste and embracing mindful design, central to my creative practice. I have incorporated pleating and chainmail techniques to represent the collection’s primary influences, merging historical elements with sustainable craftsmanship.
