RMIT Bachelor of Fashion (Design)

“Sophie and the Sisterhood" is an exploration of the profound bonds between sisters, particularly influenced by my own sister Sophie and our shared childhood bedroom space. It celebrates oversized, highly feminine designs with a playful material palette of recycled blankets and hand painted material. The overall aesthetic and feeling is both whimsical and nostalgic, honouring the magic of sisterhood. Sisterhood is authentic to me as I have lived it and continue to. I want people to feel an appreciation of the special beauty of sisterly and feminine love and the spaces in which it flourishes.
