Using brides and nuns as art inspiration succinctly illustrates the dichotomy inherent in my avoidant attachment personality. This contrast in both dress and behaviour effectively captures the tension between my desire for love and my instinct to withdraw. The interplay of these two archetypes allows me to visually and conceptually express the push and pull of my emotional world—where longing and fear coexist, and where vulnerability meets avoidance.
