The collection questions menswear’s inherent inability to embellish and remedy emotions and expressions of identity existing outside of historic masculinity. As the modern comforts and limitations of masculinity continue to proliferate, menswear ranges and wardrobes continue to nurture cultural and social markers of historical masculine ideals, creating a disconnect between desired expression and garment offerings.
