‘Objective bliss’ is a collection of interactive objects inspired by the foldable forms of Origami. By embedding the warp threads into the cast plaster the object is transformed into a loom. The weft threads are then woven in. The contrast between the solid form of the plaster and the fluidity of the weaving allows for movement. ‘Objective bliss’ investigates how objects can invoke positive emotions and how our interactions with these objects can spark curiosity, connection and a sense of playfulness.
