RICKOHERENCE is about the cult favourite TV show characters of Rick and Morty who find themselves trapped in a glitchy universe that has no clear dimension. RICKOHERENCE is a playful rant on how the audience takes TV shows too seriously when it doesn’t even take itself seriously. Inspired by my own nerdy-ness for TV shows, cinema and pop culture and concept modal universe, I take on ironic fashion through an alternative way of deconstruction and subversion that’s highly influenced by internet culture and pop culture. The garments in RICKOHERENCE explore a new relationship with space and movement through the fourth dimension perspective of alternative pattern-making and construction techniques.
