RMIT Bachelor of Fashion (Design)

“Don't be too thin!” “Don’t be too fat!” “Eat up!” “Stop eating so much!” “Don’t eat supper” “You should order a salad” ... I was anxious about my appearance and my body shape. For this collection, I focused on capturing the characteristics of human bodies, from sight to touch, from texture to silhouette. The fashion industry throws a lot of styles and beauty standards at us, but do they match our bodies? I think the fashion industry needs to catch up to changing beauty standards, let’s celebrate our unique and beautiful bodies!
