Elvin Junghun Koh

RMIT Bachelor of Fashion (Design)

I’m Elvin, a Korean with a strong passion for sportswear. This project presents an exciting new challenge, building on my experience in designing various sports apparel. Instead of focusing solely on functionality, I aim to blend fashion with functional elements. For practicality, I’ve used waterproof fabrics typically found in windbreakers, allowing for effective rain protection while also giving the pieces a dynamic, three-dimensional quality due to the fabric's stiffness. A key highlight of this project is the incorporation of vivid colours and textures inspired by rock climbing and mountaineering—activities I truly enjoy.
