RMIT Bachelor of Fashion (Design)

My collection ‘Reveal vs Conceal’ explores the hidden insights within clothing, embracing the beauty of the unfinished and commenting on traditional expectations of finished garments.
Crafted from unexpected sheer materials, I unveil typically hidden construction details. Informed by Maison Margiela, transparency and construction elements are central to my design decisions. With a nod to the toile stage of development, I wish to highlight the beauty found within the process.
Through sheer tailoring and the interplay of opacity in fabrication, I aim to evoke a sense of mystery, blurring the lines between what is seen and what remains concealed.
