RMIT Bachelor of Fashion (Design)

This project started with some images about nature in my subconscious, which I intended to recreate in a three-dimensional way, and connect the natural world with the emotional one in a multi-sensory way. To visualize it, I designed garments with intersecting and three- dimensional structures that twist and wrap around the body at different angles and extend outside the body. The multi-layered texture, twisted lines and spiral forms echo the wild- growing shapes in nature. Additionally, I integrated grotesque and surreal aesthetic elements to create an almost chaotic mood, a contradictory yet powerful effect. I strive to infuse garments with a strong sense of personality while continually exploring and researching mental health and the concept of the unconscious mind. It is intended to encourage people to embrace their natural state and live sensually.
